Payment 

•  If a package deal is bought, the full amount must be paid, regardless of whether the payment was split into instalments.

• All payments are non-refundable once services commence. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management in special circumstances. In the unlikely event that the business becomes insolvent or ceases trading, any prepaid packages will be refunded on a pro-rata basis for the unused portion of the services.

• Life Changing Tuition is not liable for any technical issues, downtime, or inaccessibility of its app or digital systems. As long as all scheduled tutoring hours are delivered and access to our proprietary 11+ materials is provided, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

• All fees must be paid in advance of lessons.

• Missed group lessons can be made up on another lesson on the same week only.

• If you need to cancel a group lesson you may ask to reschedule a different day.

• All payments must be made in a timely manner, including those that are split into instalments. We reserve the right to charge your bank or payment method for any overdue amounts without prior notice. Failure to make payments on time may result in additional late fees.

• If a student exceeds the number of hours originally paid for, they are liable to pay for the additional hours. These must be settled promptly in line with our payment terms.

  
  

General (Group Tuition)

• A Homework Booklet is supplied with each lesson for students attending at Welling. Replacement of lost booklets costs £10

• To ensure their safety and well-being, pupils must conduct themselves in a disciplined manner whilst taking part in lessons and during playtimes.

• Teachers or Life Changing Tuition cannot accept responsibility for any valuable(s) or article(s) lost on the premises.

• Life changing Tuition has the right to substitute a teacher at any time due to absence through sickness or other. When possible, notice will be given.

• Children must be collected and dropped off at the school gates entrance

• Parents must park responsibly otherwise they will banned by school premise staff.

• If a student is late for a session they are not entitled to a make up session, for 1:1 and for group .

• If you are late for a class you are not eligible for a refund or make up session.

• All online classes may be recorded for educational, safeguarding, quality assurance, training, and student revision purposes.

• Lesson recordings may include a student’s name, voice, image, participation, chat messages, and shared academic work.

• Recordings are stored securely and retained for up to twenty-four months before being permanently deleted, unless a longer retention period is required for safeguarding or legal reasons.

• Access to recordings is restricted to authorised members of the Life Changing Team team and relevant enrolled students/parents where applicable.

• Students are normally required to keep their cameras switched on during live lessons for safeguarding, attendance monitoring, engagement, identity verification, classroom management, and teaching purposes.

• If a parent/guardian wishes to request a camera exemption due to safeguarding concerns, medical reasons, legal restrictions, court orders, or other exceptional circumstances, they must notify the Life Changing Tuition team in writing before lessons begin so suitable arrangements can be considered.

• Students, parents, and attendees are strictly prohibited from taking screenshots, photographs, screen recordings, or sharing lesson content without prior written permission from Life Changing Tuition.

• While Life Changing Tuition takes reasonable safeguarding and security measures, we cannot fully control or prevent unauthorised screenshots, recordings, or sharing carried out independently by students, parents, or third parties participating in online sessions.

• Life Changing Tuition shall not be held responsible for unauthorised screenshots, recordings, or distribution of lesson content carried out by third parties where reasonable preventative measures have already been implemented.

• Parents/guardians with specific safeguarding requirements, anonymity requirements, or court-ordered restrictions relating to the recording or display of their child’s image must inform Life Changing Tuition in writing before classes commence.

• Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 requirements and is used only for legitimate educational, safeguarding, operational, and contractual purposes.
